Biggi lebt mit ihren beiden Töchtern, vier Hunden und ihrem Exfreund Alfred auf einem heruntergekommenen Hof in einem kleinen Dorf in Sachsen-Anhalt. Biggi und Alfred haben keine Arbeit, sie leben sehr bescheiden. Die 14 und 17 Jahre alten Töchter Saskia und Denise sollten eigentlich zur Schule gehen, es gibt aber für beide immer wieder Gründe Zuhause zu bleiben. Es kommt zu Spannungen mit Alfred.
Wir begleiten sie in ihrem konfliktreichen Alltag, erfahren etwas über ihre Träume, ihre Ängste und Hoffnungen. Und wie schwer es ist, aus einem Kreis auszubrechen. Familienleben mit Pferden, Hunden und Katzen, Fernseher, PC und Smartphone.
